Sharon is a proud parent, dedicated advocate, and experienced leader with a deep commitment to our schools, families, and community values. With decades of professional service in public programs supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, Sharon brings a strong background in accountability, data-driven decision making, and compassionate leadership.

For over 14 years, she has served on the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Management Committee, helping to guide statewide quality improvement initiatives. She regularly mentors new staff, pilots innovative projects, and reviews key policy changes to ensure programs work effectively and responsibly for the people they serve. Her leadership helped Montgomery County achieve the highest family survey completion rate in the Southeastern region, and she continues to provide quarterly performance updates to county leadership on key issues like communication and employment.

As a frequent presenter at statewide conferences—including the Annual IM4Q Conference and the 2024 Everyday Lives Conference—Sharon is trusted across Pennsylvania as a voice of both compassion and competence.

Sharon is running for school board because she believes Central Bucks deserves better: transparency, academic excellence, and respect for parents. She supports a return to common sense education—focused on strong academics, student well-being, and safe, welcoming schools free from divisive political agendas. Sharon will be a tireless advocate for parental rights, fiscal responsibility, and ensuring every child has the tools to succeed.
A lifelong Pennsylvanian and proud resident of Central Bucks, Sharon is ready to bring integrity, experience, and real accountability to our school board.
